MY MOTIVATION:

• In today’s business landscape, the promise of cost rationalization, increased efficiency, and effective marketing through machine learning (ML) and Generative AI is compelling. However, many companies need help to translate these promises into tangible results.
• The key to success lies not only in developing the AI models but also in their industrialization and deployment. It’s not enough to create a powerful ML model if it remains confined to research and experimentation and never sees the light of day.
• Organizations must adopt a multilateral approach and foster collaboration at various levels within the company to fully unlock the potential of Generative AI and ML. That approach involves stakeholders and departments, from data scientists and research engineers to business leaders and decision-makers. Creating and nurturing that collective vision for the model and aligning it with the company’s objectives and strategies is not a trivial matter. It takes significant effort, and success is not guaranteed.
• Imagine writing a groundbreaking bestseller but never finding the right publisher to bring it to the masses. Similarly, developing a state-of-the-art (SOTA) ML model without a comprehensive deployment strategy is like leaving it tucked away in a box, hidden from the public eye.
